For years, I've worked within the military as an active duty Army officer and spent a decade providing effective therapy to children, adults, and families, who had a variety of presenting concerns and diagnoses, as well as Service members, their dependents, Veterans, and Retirees.
I've specialized in treating complex trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, sleep challenges, ADHD, and situational distress--as all the above, impacts the individual and their family life. This expertise allows me the knowledge base to provide effective recommendations to fellow clinicians encountering complicated cases."
